Happy “Trakkies”

Life’s Greatest Pleasures

As a Trakmaster owner for some 11 years and now on our 2nd van, I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the product and friendly service provided by the Trakmaster team. You always feel important and welcome when visiting your factory. We have travelled extensively through the Outback, often in the company of fellow Trakmaster Club Trakkie owners.

To get together with like minded people, enjoy great company, form new and enduring friendships and travel in safety whilst exploring this great country of ours, is one of life’s greatest pleasures. Never in 11 years of off road travelling have we never felt at risk of mechanical failure with our van, even when travelling alone in some of the remotest parts of Australia when out metal detecting.

Jenny and I have had our retirement significantly enriched as a result of owning our beautiful Trakmaster Caravan.

Couldn’t Be Happier

Dear Richard and Barry and Craig and all at Trakmaster.

Just a very quick note from Echuca to say that after 6 days on the road in our new van, we couldn’t be happier!
We certainly can’t see us returning to tenting in the near future – if in fact at all, after experiencing the luxuries you have built in to our Nullarbor Explorer.

Towing is a dream and we are cautiously attempting various manoeuvres. Will keep you posted – thank you once again for all your wonderful help, advice and generosity.

Our kindest regards,

Ian and Helen Palmer

We Love It

Good afternoon to the team at Trakmaster.

I wanted to send through a quick note to thank you all for designing and building our amazing Trakmaster caravan. We love it.

Since I collected our van last Tuesday, Caryn and I have spent quite a bit of time reading the literature that came with the van and going through the operation of each of the different elements of the van.

We have spent some time working through how best to store our goods and chattels in the van so their location is logical and easily found. I am sure there will be a few more iterations of our storage arrangements.

On Saturday night we headed up the road from where we live and free camped and tried caravanning rather than camping (as we have done for the past 20 years). Even though it rained all night, we were warm, dry and totally comfortable; and felt totally safe and relaxed knowing that the ability of our van was without question. I can’t wait to go much further afield and use our van for what it is designed to do.

We plan to head away again this coming long weekend.

I am sure we will stay in touch and will seek the Trakmaster expertise in servicing our van in due course however I wanted to convey to you; Caryn and my sincere appreciation to the amazing team at Trakmaster.

It’s always a risk singling out a few people but I need to individually recognise Barry, Richard, Don and Debbie. Your guidance, advice, knowledge and skills made the process of designing, deciding and building our van  a truly great experience.

Thank you for your assistance and friendship.

Warm regards,

Caryn and James

Barry – Thanks So Much

Dear Barry,

A huge thank you for all your information, support and time spent yesterday when we collected our van. We can’t thank you enough for your kindness, and also huge help to get everything sorted, especially with the car!

You have made the planning and final collection of our van so easy, and we are just so appreciative of all your help throughout the entire process.

You have readily answered our emails with terrific information, setting our minds at ease and clarifying any concerns we may have had.

Thank you again Barry for being so wonderful to work with. We are absolutely thrilled with our van, but you made the process such a pleasure.

Hopefully we may see you on a visit when we get the van serviced, but if not, then again, thanks for everything.

Our kindest wishes and sincere thanks,

Larry and Viv Williamson
