Building a Trakmaster

Chassis
The chassis is designed to withstand enormous impacts. It shields the water tanks, houses wiring, and is a single-piece unit for additional strength.

Frame and Structure
The caravan's frame is covered each side with premium 3mm timber sheet securely fixed to provide a wall 'sandwich' of great strength without a weight penalty.

To ensure that no movement becomes possible in the frame, timbers are glued, stapled and screwed together. The external aluminium cladding is also glued to the wall sheet to provide even more strength.
